The Tempest

This dream I had was definitely most interesting as I feel it was a reflection of my own darkness in the form of a concept that is actually in my favorite RPG. In Summoner 2, a video game released in 2002 for the ps2 console, your main enemy is a literal storm known as The Tempest. It is a raging storm that is has intelligence and consciousness. It's only desire is to destroy anything and everything. In my dream, I was inside myself. I heard my own consciousness say, "Don't release the Tempest. It will destroy. She is nasty and angry. She destroys anything in Her path." But I did, somehow, release it. A tree with incredibly strong and thick branches sprout from the ground and trapped me. When a branch wrapped around my neck, I woke up.
