Throwing up and babies

So this dream starts out in my neighborhood. To save time , just imagine your typical suburb. I was going up the hill driving and my best friend we'll just call her Jessica, she was throwing up literally everywhere. But it wasn't Normal vomit it was like green and had a lot of grass in it...(is she part cow... who knows?) Second half My mom had a baby after then was all the sudden at home and kicked me out of my room so the baby could have it... then somehow I ended up In some junk ass trailer park with a lot of birds in glass cages.
