New house, theater, and a car

My family was moving into this circle of houses, but it wasn’t a culdesac, it was like a patch of houses all facing outward in a circle with connecting backyards. The house we chose was HUGE and beautiful. It was green and purple with flowers and columns and a balcony. However, each house had a warning that it was haunted. I was just excited to be connected with neighbors. I then was at my sister’s play, Dracula, and they asked me to step in for the girl playing Mina as she was sick. I messed up a few times, but for the most part had a lot of fun. It turned into a choir concert I was watching and then my old AP Lang teacher ended up being the conductor. She said I could come back to rehearse for choir every Monday and I was so excited. Leaving, my sister said that to get back to our new house we had to take a really old little car to a lot where a train would take us to our house. I was a little confused, but went along with it. The car was really small and had no break, so I stuck my leg out to be the break as we plummeted down streets. We got really lost until our mom found us at a restaurant where my family was eating. My grandma was there and asked if I missed her while at camp. I told her I was only at dance camp for two days.
