Bad work

I work at a restaurant bar. It was crazy busy and everyone came all at once. I was trying to get all of the orders in. I was the only one that was busy. all of my customers were pissed off. I had an old guy try to sit behind the counter and got mad when I told him he couldn't do that. Then he sat right in the doorway I tried to get his order but he kept mumbling and saying it real fast so I couldn't understand him.after asking him to repeat 3 or 4 times, I thought he was doing it on purpose and just walked away and ignored him. I finally got all of my orders in and now it's about 5 minutes until my shift is over. I get another table, there are 2 people but they tell me it will be 10 I ask them for a drink order and tell them my relief is here in 5 MO uses if they didn't mind waiting. But they kept trying to order food also. I told them I thought there was going to be 10 of them, but they just said that to get a bigger table. That's about when I woke up.
