Sherlock and John

Sherlock and John had a new case and were in another country (I think). They were doing the usual stuff which I don't remember what it was because it was complicatet but what I do remember is that John said he wanted to tell Sherlock something that he wanted to tell him a long time ago. John told Sherlock that he loved him and Sherlock said he loved him too. They started crying a little which was the cutest thing ever. Sherlock said that they can't distract themselves from the case too much and that they need to continue (it went something like that, I'm not sure) so they didn't even kiss ( :( )but comtinued the case. Why am I so obsessed with this show?! I have such an obsession i can't stop thinking about it
