Writing messages while asleep

I am a medium... I have always been prone to hauntings and experiences with spirits, especially when I was younger. This morning I was in school taking a math test and I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I started seeing black dots and I blacked out! I woke up probably only a few seconds but when I came to I was writing something. I looked down and saw “EVIL EVIL EVIL EV” I stoped in the middle of the last word... I have had many experiences with spirits but never have they controlled me... I have felt faint all day and get dizzy when I stand... I hope I can learn to control this before it gets worse
