Disturbing Groundhog

I had really quite disturbing dreams last night.. The part I remember most was waking up next to my man & trying to wake him up & he became super aggressive & violent.. it was like he was possessed - he just wasn’t there. He was saying ‘fuck off, fuck off’ over & over with a really contorted face. At one point he was trying to strangle me.. but it’s like I knew it couldn’t be real so I was trying to wake myself up & then I did & I was like phew.. it was a dream, then I tried to wake him up again & it was the same!! I was stuck in this loop for about 4 or 5 times!! Then I just tried to get away, but he wouldn’t let me go anywhere & at one point had be up against the wall in the corner of the bedroom trying to strangle me.. really horrible! I just had to go back to bed & start the cycle again & began to think.. what have I done.. it’s my fault for Pershing this interest in lucid dreaming & astral travel.. though I was having very lucid thoughts, I didn’t actually realise fully that it was a dream. The next thing I remember is us waking up in a different room & we were different people! Then as we stood up there was a small girl in a red velvet dress, with curly hair standing by the door. Although innocent looking, I knew she was not what she seemed. I confronted her & she seemed pure evil. I don’t really remember what happened after that. Next I was working last minute on a movie set.. it was all really disorganised, my bags got lost & accidentally ended up on the movie set when filming.. it was all a bit of a mess. At the end I was doing backstage pictures, rather than production & my images were in a brochure for the movie. Then I was leaving set with a small black kitten & something else I can’t remember. We were trundling through mud & piles of unusual stones & materials left over from the movie & I thought what a waste..
