Floating whale that people went into

There was a huge whale and thousands of people and they had those plastic balls that you can walk on water if your inside of them. Like a hamster ball. Everyone was getting one and going inside the whale and I guess it was fun for them. My mom was trying to convince me to do it but I was the only sane person and said no. The whale was floating and would spin around as well.
