Raining

I was in my old house at Mississippi. It was raining really hard and the creek kept rising more and more. Eventually the water was really high, up to my backyard, and then even up to the backdoor. It was threatening to get in our house and my mom and I was standing inside the house with water right outside. My mom was frozen in fear or something. I think I was a kid so I was just trying to push the water away with a bucket but like, there was water everywhere so it made no difference.
