Water motorbike

I was in an apartment by a river. there had been some kind of a Crime like a murder and I’d been told that there was a suspect he was riding a particular kind of white Harley Davidson. I was showing my mate Jono a couple of photographs of the scene where I was actually in the photo that had been published. We were laughing that I was famous now but I wasn’t really it was just a joke between us. Then Jono left and I noticed something I hadn’t seen before that raised some suspicion. I was talking with someone on an intercom about my suspicion when Jono arrived again unexpectedly Riding what appeared to be a white Harley Davidson but riding on the water as he got Nearer I could see the back tire of his motorbike was just an inner tube. When he got off his bike I could see on his arm near his hand was something like a wound with a bag attached to it like a drip of some kind I think there was blood in the bag I was thinking he might be this guy they are looking for. When he left he was toeing behind him another motorbike. Someone tried to follow him on a motorbike but fell off into the water.
