Caterpillar wasps

I was in some foreign country and saw these big green caterpillars, like the ones that turn into monarch butterflies. I went over to get one and realized it had eyes and antennas, and was actually a wasp. Then they all started attacking me, and a dozen of them were stinging my left arm near the inside of my elbow and my right hand. I screamed and pulled them and their stingers all off. Then my arm got really red, painful, and swollen. My grandparents took me to an urgent care, which was inside a multipurpose room where we had earlier watched a dog show, which was really just a guy grooming his poodle. The urgent care was in a basement type area, and the elevator wouldn't come so we had to walk down stairs. My granpa had crutches and a boot on his leg so we had to help him walk down the stairs, all the while my arm was swollen and painful from my reaction to the odd wasps' stings.
