Broken retainers

I took out my retainers and the bottom ones were very loose. I looked at the and one side had been bent so that it was slightly lower than the other side. I tried so hard to bend it back to how it should be but no matter what I did it just wouldn't work. They were always loose no matter what I tried and it was supper scary. I was dreading having to tell my mom I broke them.
