plane emergency landing

I was on an airplane with my mom and brother. We did not have regular seats but were all in one big room sitting on the floor with some other people. A few different things made it seem unsafe, like the engines on the plane going silent for a few seconds before coming back on. At one point a woman's voice comes on the intercom, and very hesitantly says "For your safety we will be landing early...because a passenger....has died". The airplane begins to land and I can see that we are extremely close to the treeline and it looks like we might hit a few but we land ok. The next phase of the dream is inside the airport, we must line up through a passport check in order to board a bus that will bring us to another plane. My brother and mother go through, but many people pass me in the waiting line because I am looking for my documents. When I finally pull out my passport, parts of it are wrinkled and I accidentally drop some money bills. Eventually I pass through and board a delapitated bus. Amongst the passengers are some prisoners in transit, recognizable by the fact they are handcuffed to the railings. When we reach out destination, I realize that we are in Nepal...not even on the same continent I had originally planned to fly into.
