Posting a naked pic

I accidentally posted an extremely unflattering photo of myself naked in my Instagram story. I thought I deleted it right away but then I checked again and it was posted and a bunch of people had seen it. I was so mortified and anxious. Later I went hiking with my boyfriend and our friends Justin and Jessica. Things kept going wrong but I don’t remember much. I think we got lost and there were so many bugs attacking us. Also the trail was almost completely uphill and I was surprised with how much I struggled with it.
