The one with the hot air balloon crash

I was walking up a long beach which was Skegness in my dream but nothing like it in real life.I was visiting the beach conscious i had been there before (in a dream) but not knowing why it was familiar. All the seafront shops were where I knew they would be. A hot air balloon far out to sea caught fire the basket fell in the sea. Noone else seemed to notice it so I ran up the seafront promenade to find coastgaurd station but couldn't find it where I knew it should be.
