Bite

Getting on the bus. A nerdy redhead girl in front of me, nerdy redhead boy behind me. He keeps touching her inappropriately. She pretends not to notice. I tell him to stop. He leans close in my ear and taunts me. I bite his face and won’t let go until he backs down. At the end of the field trip, the bus brings us back. We have to have a hearing. Dawn or Gwen and I had no idea. First we have to walk through a gauntlet. Then the trial. I’m accused of all sorts of stuff including stealing a wallet and some sweaters. We find parts of the wallet and some money outside. I didn’t steal anything. Break time. It is somebody’s birthday. There is an amazing looking salted hard caramel cake. Lenox serving dishes. The office ladies are all so happy. We make friends andi tell them I used to work for Lenox. 😉 by making a connection but trying not to influence the decisions. I prove my point by demonstrating. A Bootsy Collins descends from the sky and stops the bite with his boot.
