911 out of order

I remember driving with my boyfriend and we see a blueish car with gangbangers in them. They saw that we saw them so they sped after us. I remember thinking that we needed a weapon. They were coming after us. I think we drove my old house in Justice . I tried calling 911 but the line kept going dead. Then i thought to text the number the cops have been calling me on. I’m not too sure what happened after but I wasn’t caught by my pursuers .
