sewer crawling nightmare

I keep on having this nightmare where I am with someone(it changes every time) and we are like crawling through some sort of tunnel. After a few minutes of this the person I go with starts getting scared so we quicken our pace. In this particular version of the dream, we reached the end of the tunnel which was actually the attic of the girl I was with. right when we made it to the attic we could hear someone playing this creepy song. I thought it was just her sister until we went downstairs and started getting chased around by people dressed up like chess pawns.
