🥺my step dad is being abusive

I was in my closet when I heard my step dad yelling and screaming at my mom and sister and he was smashing bowls into the ground after ten minutes he came upstairs into my room and opened my closest doors and found me there his eyes were red and scary then he blinked and it went away then he asked me what was wrong. Then I woke up in another dream and saw cute and brides on my arms with a knife in my hand. Then I woke up.
