false awakening loop

i fell asleep listening to music and it was the same in my dream but every time i woke up in my dream to stop it wouldnt stop playing when i took my airpods out and then one of the times when i thought id gone back to sleep and woken up irl my sister was there even though we dont live together and i was trying to speak to her but i couldnt hear anything she said even after taking them out the music was blasting it kept playing and i was screaming and no one could hear me and i couldnt wake up and see if it was real or not so i thought my hearing had been completely replaced this happened twice in the loop before i actually woke up
