I'm A Bad Lucid Dreamer...

I was in a dream then I done a reality check, then I realised I was in a dream and I could control it, it was my first lucid dream. The first thing I wanted to do was summon a girl to have sex with, I couldn't really summon the girl I wanted. I was in this long corridor, and there was a girl there ( can't remember who ). I bent her over and started fucking her, I tried looking at her face but I couldn't for some reason, then the dream ended. Does anyone have any tips on how to lucid dream better.
