Shot Someone At Work

Dreamt I carried my handgun to me at work which we're not allowed to normally do. It was winter and snowing and we were closer to the closet small city. It was getting to be dark and for some reason I went to the nearest mall and while in there a man backed me into the corner and trying to rob me. I ended up having to shoot him. In the dream I got very worried over losing my job over it because we're not allowed to be carrying weapons while on the clock. I'm not certain why I would've dreamt about that because I don't even ever carry my handgun around unless I have the intention to go target shooting with it later that day. I woke up as the investigators got closer to the location of the incident.
