Movie comes to life

So I just remember I was watching a movie about this family who lived in a big house. There was a mother, a father, and three kids. The oldest boy was around 12, the middle child was a girl about 8, and the youngest was another girl who was about 6. Something happened and they had died. Then I remember I was actually in the real house and there were other people with me, but I kept having these bad feelings that someone was watching me. I then saw the three kids and they seemed pretty friendly, but I knew the parents would not like me talking to them. The only other thing I can remember is that there were these people outside trying to get us out because we were stuck or something and finally we got out and drove away.
