The shadow man

My friend told me about this evil creature. If you said his name, or even just read it, he would appear and make you and your entire family suffer. He was not visible, only his shadow could be seen. I said his name over and over, begging him to appear. Then I regretted it. I was too scared. We were sitting in my dark room with a flash light, hoping we wouldn't see his shadow. She yelled at me to point the light toward my shelf. I did, and I saw three of my Monster High dolls had been moved. They were standing in a straight line at the edge of the shelf. Something happened, I don't remember what. Then I woke up.
