Weird birth experience

I was having breakfast with my husband and his friend and his friend's mom and his friend's friends for whatever reason, when one of them declared from the floor next to a pregnant woman that she was ready to give birth cause she just pushed out an audiobook (?!). So we all gathered around and watched as she pushed out this baby. It had a pinprick of a hole in their neck, which we were told was from the mom-to-be being around a lot of jumpy dogs with sharp nails (I dunno). The new mom gave us all a certificate with our names on them to thank us for being there, then everyone left.
