I found Leeta from DS9 after she’s been like mysteriously missing for a long time, and I was surprised to find she had a newborn baby with her. Except she was apparently half Andorian in addition to being Bajoran, and the baby was crossed with a Caitian so it was basically just a kitten with tiny blue antennae. I thought it was so cute and immediately wanted to hold it. I talked with Leeta for a bit, about how she had disappeared to have the baby on secret, and then I cautiously broached the topic of how Rom was taking it. I was utterly devastated to hear they’d broken up because of it.
