8 Weeks Pregnant

I was pregnant? I thought I was about to give birth because I could feel the baby moving lower and I had a lot of pain, so we went to the hospital. But then I realised that I was only 8 weeks pregnant and you’re supposed to be like 40 weeks along before you deliver. I also realised that I had such a tiny bump that it wouldn’t make sense for me to be full term. So I don’t know why I was having pain and if it was all just psychological or what.
