Suicide Squad messed me up

So for some reason my entire school/city was at a track (like the kind Usain Bolt would use). But the track was filled with water, and somehow the water stopped at a single rope going around the inside of the track. I was swimming and alternating between the backstroke and breaststroke. The pool then emptied out, and everybody got out. We were gonna eat lunch. Then, suddenly, I was at Walmart. We could choose a certain construction paper design. I stood there for a good ten minutes, just staring at one roll of construction paper. I was then summoned and I woke up. Oh, and a little note- my father had the ability to shoot water and my principal could control fire. That's how Suicide Squad comes into all this.
