I dreamt of watching some new trailer for a kinda interesting sci-fi series where a NASA space flight testing facility is working on a new plane, mainly a military contract. One of the head engineers, a rather eccentric but bubbly girl named Wu, (played by Charlyne Yi) suddenly goes missing one day without a trace, right along with the entire plane. Of course it's believed that she likely stole it even though there's 0 evidence to prove it. There's not even camera footage showing the plane leaving. Years go by and neither her nor it is found. 4 years later it just suddenly appears one day with no pilot inside or anything, only a typed note that seems to have been written by Wu with several lines of binary code written. And so begins one of the greatest mysteries the nation has ever been involved in. In my next dream I found myself hanging out with my uncle JJ, who is 3 years younger than me and also who I used to hang out with alot when I was younger. His friend was over too and we're just watching TV until my mom shows up to pick me up. I feel like I'm 14 again or something. My grandmother-in-law's house here is alot bigger than I remember too. It's huge like one of those old homes in Indian Village. When I leave she accompanies us out and I say something about how I don't remember it being so big, but then again it's been ages since I last visited. She takes this as a compliment and wants me to come over more often. I nod and for once actually plan on it even though I'm not planning on coming over like soon soon you know. The world outside is so bright and beautiful and it looks like it's summer again. I can see some of the smokestacks jutting out from the power plant near my old house. There used to be 7 of them years ago but in present day there's only 2 now. They were called the seven sisters and two brothers by locals. So even though I didn't question it hard enough, it meant I was back in time somewhere around '95. I drifted off to another dream shortly after getting into my mom's car. In my last dream I was simply driving home to my old house in the pouring rain but I was speeding. I saw several police cars along the way but there's an ad on the radio playing telling me how to avoid getting caught when you're speeding past them. It's not ingenious or anything either and something l already do cos you just take your foot off the gas before you get to them so you slow down without showing your brake lights. If you brake it alerts them to you that you're likely speeding and they'll come after you. Real life tip too btw. Anyway, just before I get to my usual turn I spot another cop and do the same thing only I suddenly bail out of the car for some reason too. Now I'm standing in the pouring rain feeling pretty dumb. I rush back to my car, which I now realize is my old Saturn Ion, but then I see some random car slow down next to it and I get scared thinking these damn vultures are probably trying to steal it and I need to get back to it before they get out. To my shock one rolls down his window on the passenger side and says, "Yeah we got dis fool," while pulling out an iron crow bar and bashing my driver side window with hateful force. He starts going for my passengers side and front windshield but I rush his car. The car suddenly becomes a small fishing boat and I feel like they have my keys so I jump in and wrestle the crow bar out of their hands and then grab my keys. I believe I punched one of the bastards in the face too but just when I jumped out to bolt to my car the passenger says, "C'mon shoot the bitch!" And the driver pulls out an old glock and aims at me. I am terrified but I know in these terrible weather conditions along with him having just been punched that his aim will definitely suck. I run in a serpentine formation dodging the first of his bullets. My adrenaline is up and heart is racing, but this is also the same thing that ends up causing me to awaken.
