canceled event

We were having a big family event which is canceled ..its a controversial reason so i asked my brother to update the situation to all the invities ..but i could see my hm filled with teenage troublesome cousin my brother cleared me that he dont have the stamina to explain every1 seprately about cancelation .so he called every1 under roof so once and for all there is clarification...
