Gurdwara and pool

Before someone’s wedding I’m getting ready. I speak to Daman about something, I don’t remember exactly what but it was something about her suit. Then when I made it to the gurdwara, they were playing a small dholki while they were doing paath which confused me. And it was happening in a spot in front of me. I was really confused and then it was passed back. Somehow I made it closer to the front and I was now holding the dholki but it then turned into a thabla. And I started playing the thabla with the raagi’s. There was a time jump and somehow I had to walk through this class where people were learning how to swim. In real life, I don’t know how to swim. This is a dream I’ve had before and the instructor is the same white guy in the dream. But this time someone else was learning how to swim, there was a padded mat on the top of the pool that I had to walk over to get to the other side. I basically was really shaky and decided to lay down and the instructor pulled me to the other side. I nearly tipped over and fell in the water, but I didn’t. Then, there was another time jump where I was in the pool class room by myself. This was also an artificial room with windows to see into other pool rooms. And I was holding onto the ledge and kicking my feet under the water and I couldn’t tell if I was in the deep or shallow end. I tried reaching my toes to see how far down the base of the pool was. I couldn’t find it. And then I heard the instructor say some stuff behind me but all I could think about was “there’s an underwater animal that is going to kill me right under my body”. I think he was saying “relax” and I couldn’t open my eyes to look down and confirm/deny what I was feeling. I was getting really stressed out and I then said I had to get out of the water. I pulled myself to the edge of the room and got up. There was a strip of flooring to walk on and it lead to this ramp on the left side of the room to go up and change. I then woke up feeling upset and confused and embarrassed lol.
