on the run (again???)/lucid attempt

in my dreams i always seem to be running from someone evil or bad but anyway. this time i was in the run alone. it started in this very large bar. i was told to continue to serve alcohol to people. i got caught because instead of serving people wine i was serving them gatorade instead. so anyway i took off running out the back door down the stairs. of course i was followed. this time i was being chased by an older woman who was quite agile for her age. i went back to my apartment which i shared with my teammates. she followed me there and my teammates helped me escape. i don’t remember all the details so bear with me. i do remember running all over town essentially. at one point i ran by an old pool (which was next to a new one) and i tried to throw the woman into the old pool. i ran to where i currently live and told the lady i had to pick up my mail from the package center. the way our package center works is you have to put in a number corresponding to your package to unlock the door. so quickly i ran in and shut the door behind me. i found a lot of my underwear lol along with two small packages. i pretended to waste time trying to think of a plan. when someone else came to get a package the lady was able to get in. i shoved my backpack with my stuff and took off out a back door. i had a vision which led me to an apartment building. one i am unfamiliar with. in my vision i was told to hide under a bed. when i found the nearest bed, i slid under it and there was some one there who told me to go down the stairs which were on the other side of the bed against the wall. so i took off down those stairs. i ended up in a different room. i was in a very large apartment building. i went out the window and started to climb down the building use the window sills. then something happened like an explosion which caused everyone to open their window while i was climbing. i continued to climb down anyway cause i was running from someone. then this french family told me to get inside and said they would protect me. that’s all i remember right now. a couple times i tried to go lucid and tell myself it was a dream, but every time this happened it woke me up briefly and fell back into the dream unlucid.
