Sleep P (not scary)

I had this “dream” about a year ago. I was laying in my old room and I couldn’t move. At the time I didn’t know what sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming was. Anyway I just couldn’t move, but I got up and every time I got to my bedroom doorway to go get my grandma so she could wake me up, I was back in my bed unable to move. This just happened for a while and I ft like I was in hell, trust me it was that scary for me.
