I used to sleep a very unhealthy amount as a coping mechanism and from that I learned how to lucid dream which made me want to sleep even more. In the past few years, my sleep schedule has sort of flipped so now I’m sleeping and dreaming less I can’t even lucid dream anymore. I really want to be able to again but in a more healthy way this time so I’m going to be practicing and documenting here.
