Baby Drowning

I had quite a few dreams about young children, in the most clear a baby threw itself (herself?) into a deep canal. Initially it seemed like an accident and I dived down to the deep bottom and picked her up, holding her up so she could breathe. She slipped another time but I got her out. Later she was older and I was trying to talk with her about it (she was about three).
