My aunt had. Heart attack

So in real life my mom is away at my grandma's in another city until Wednesday. But in the dream I woke up and first off it was dark? So I'm like how the fuck did I wake up at night, and second off I was in my old bedroom that I moved out of down the hall. then I saw a bunch of lights moving outside from a bunch of huge construction vehicles and I was wondering what the f is going on. I looked out the window and saw an ambulance going by with lights but it was a NYC ambulance not like a Canada one... But I didn't notice in the dream. Then I opened my mom's bedroom door and walked away and she told me to close it. I was like THE F? Thought she wasn't here?? So I asked her why she came back early and all she said was "marquita had a heart attack". I was so pissed and furious because it seems like everyone she loves is getting diseases like her aunt and fav person on earth just got diagnosed with breast cancer and I'm thinking are you kidding this is all she needs.
