Unexpected Diagnosis

I had a dream that I met a doctor when I was out shopping as my mother bought a nice blouse for her brother's daughter. I spoke with the doctor, and he said that I'm showing symptoms of insomnia. Says he isn't able to give me an official diagnosis, but should at least check myself at the hospital.
