The wind howling

The howling wind has always been a trigger for nightmares for. O particularly about nuclear war. When ever the wind just as much as whistles at night and I am a sleep I keep thinking that the North Koreans dropped an atomic bomb or worse an h bomb. This has be a recurring nightmare since grade eight and elementary school. I am afraid of communism, communists and dictators who have the bomb. When the wind howls or whistles I think of a nuclear, radioactive wasteland being out side of my window and that I have radiation related cancer. This dream I need help getting ride of.
