Morrowind Wizards

So I was in the game morrowind, but I was aware of the fact that the world I was in *was* the videogame morrowind. I was just starting my adventure, although the starting location was different to the actual game. It was a small hilly costal town and I was exploring it for awhile, and eventually I discovered that I owed tax to this town. The strange thing about this dream, was that I was the only one who could communicate through speech, and whenever I talked to someone a text dialogue opened up and I had to read what they were saying. I ended up talking to the tax collector who turned out to be a pretty cool guy. according to him, I owed 1000 gold in taxes, but he said if I paid 100 of it he would let me keep the rest of the money I had on me. Well I didn't have any money so I decided to just close the dialogue window for him, and proceed to get out of town. Upon trying to leave I was attacked by a wizard who could one hit me. All of my spells or weapons were useless. He kept killing me and I would end up at the start of the game. I re-did my stats, this time creating a charisma and speech based charcter, hoping I could talk some sense into this crazed wizard, and then I planned to travel to a nearby big city and become a prestigious citizen. Unfortunately I could not beat the wizard. But I had a plan. This time I would dodge his attacks and flee back into town, in hopes the guards would take care of him. This is exactly what happened, but as soon as the guards killed him, this odd looking creature jumps down onto the wizards dead body, and takes most of his loot, and begins attacking me with it. So I rush over to the wizards body and take a staff that is still in him. I ended up killing the creature with the staff and then woke up
