Looking for something, and a pasta/vodka cult in my family

The dream is a little foggy for me, I don't remember a lot of things which I feel I should. I was in a shopping center, I cut my right arm with something so I looked for tissues to stop the bleeding. After that I looked around for something for some time, there weren't many people now since it was getting dark, I decided to get out and go home, but as I left the building I saw an apartment building where my sister used to live with her husband, I tried to get in but I realized that they moved (they did in real life). So I ran quickly to where they lived now and I found a tangled noose in front of their house, I went in and greeted them reluctantly as it was dark and they were standing around something that glows green. They told me that they had vodka and offered some to me, so I accepted. They were pouring it into 'pipe rigate' pasta to make it bigger. And that's it, I guess...
