Weird guy in school

I was waking with a group of classmates down the hall when this guy stopped us and asked to watch a video on a tablet he was holding. At first we were interested in what was going to happen, but nothing much happened at all. It was just a bunch of people talking and walking around and you would think something would happen to interrupt the everyday scene, but nothing did. The more minutes it went on the more people left. Eventually I did too. Later at home I sent a text to a friend of mine that said something like “what happened back there” except for some reason he didn’t answer back, and instead the guy from the hallway did. I can’t remember what he said but I was really weirded out and asked him how he got my number. That’s all I remember
