Caged wild animals

This may be related to dream I posted called Spirit Animal Revealed? There seemed to be wolves behind a cage underneath my apartment. I also feel like I had a terrace in my dream and that I was able to lean on it and look down into the caged area. It seems like it was a secret. But when I looked outside of my apartment in the grassy area, there was a building with a staff of people and the building wall had silhouette paintings of large animals. Still, something about the whole set up made me uneasy and made me feel like they were doing something illegal.
