Listen

I'm drifting off to sleep (in reality) with worry heavy on my mind. As my eyes close, I hear a thundering voice in my head say, "Listen!" It shakes me to my core. It's as if I'm hearing it from within, rather than from outside of myself. I sense that it is God telling me to listen, and that I have been ignoring him as he has tried to speak to me before. That he has tried to reassure me, but I keep ignoring it.
