Weird acid lake and indoor labour.

I was working in some kind of factory or some pre-modern time where I was cleaning used items such as shoes using the acid from a nearby acid lake or pond. I also worked indoors but I was only walking around. I threw a pair of heel-shoes in a steam cleaning processor, like the x-ray pass-throughs in airports for your luggage. I was then scared because another worker or manager would find out.
