Kittens, and one that pees wherever he wants

There was a lady that had a bunch of kittens. They were very small and there were about 20 of them. I had my eye on an orange one with red spots on his back. He was a really striking cat. The lady picked him up and said, "He's eaten a bit too much," showing me his belly. The side of his abdomen was split cleanly open and I could see his organs. I said, "Oh! He really needs to have that taken care of." At this time the cat turned into a small blond boy in suspenders. He said to me, "I'm special because everybody loves how I stretch my legs and cuddle. And I can pee wherever I want." I said, "Wait, do you pee wherever you want?" He replied very matter if factly, "Yup." The lady was trying to get me to take some kittens so she asked me to lie down. She started piling them up on my chest. It was pretty delightful.
