I don't even play this sport

I was at basketball practice which was strange because it was a boys and girls practice and I dont even play basketball anymore. anyways we were playing these strange games before the girls went to a different court. The college court across town but in the dream it was down stairs. anyways I was entering the court when my hair got stuck so I ripped it out and made my way to the game when I realised it had started so I ran across the court as they blew whistles at me. when I got to the bench I showed my hair chunk to my coach which was actually my English teacher. then I showed it to my friend next to me who doesn't play basketball and never has. then I complained that we had to come downstairs then I woke up
