Zombies of the future(reoccuring)

It is some time in the future and humanity is slightly augmented in the mind. A scientist has worked on something to improve our mental augmentations and better our lives. He is unveiling it to a select group at the research facility. The facility is in a giant glass building with mostly white interior. Modern research look.The people happen to be old classmates and some friends. It begins in the presentation room and some people have become “infected” like its a zombie virus and people are running and screaming in panic. Me, having gone through this before walks out during the panic and heads up stairs. I head down the hall and through the door which leads me to a rounded walkway that overlooks the bottom floor. I sit and hang back by the door to scope out the situation unfolding below. People screaming and the infected are jumping them and beating them down trying to inject the virus through neural link. I look into the door window and see down the hall a couple people running(as some old classmates) and they are my colleagues. They seem fine so i open the door and quietly beckon them to me and to be stealthy. I tell them about the cure code i have and that this has happened a few times before. We need to get across the walkway and head to the central control room to disperse physical code into the air like a gas. As we slowly walk across the walkway, being careful to not be seen as it has glass railings, a slam of the door makes us jump. When we turn around i see my best friend, quang, standing at the door. He has a face of anger and reeks bloodlust. He immediately starts running and we cant escape fast enough. Me and one of my colleagues (patrick) have to fend him off. We end up pinning him around a metal bar and locking up both sides of his limbs. We need both of us to hold him down so i pull up the cure code and tell my other colleague(vanessa) that she needs to take it and do it for us. She is reluctant in her abilities. I exclaim that we will hold him off as long as we can but she needs to go NOW. We cant hold him much longer. She takes the code and heads off. As we are struggling i yell out “Hurry!”. Dream ends
