fugitive super power

I was some sort of runaway from a government or another agency. The whole time I was communicating with certain people who were helping me find escape routes and vehicles I could steal and ride. The whole thing kind of felt like a real life GTA cause I know there were some somewhat violent scenes but I don't remember them. At the end there I was riding a super fast super badass looking street bike. Oh and I also had super human strength.
