Scary and real dream

This dream was so real and scary i cannot remember perfectly what was the starting because it happened two days before and today I came to know about this app and iam recording it. The dream was my neck was brokened and it was hanging one side the pain was so high and i felt it clearly then in my mind a thought came that iam sleeping and having a dream i had sleep paralysis many times before. I Came to a conclusion that iam having a sleep paralysis i tried to open my eyes i was laying on the bed i could open my eyes after little struggle then i slowly got up but the neck was still broken and hanging i walked towards the kitchen door of my house i don't know why I went to the kitchen the nearest door was the front door the pain was so high so i couldn't walk more i was screaming for help but i was all alone i couldn't walk more so i layed down on the floor and pain was high i tried to close my eyes and relax after few seconds i woke up from the bed and realized that its not real it was only a scary dream but it was so real
