I was at the store with Jadein and Ray looking for a video or something. Ray was wearing goggles and earmuffs on his moped and it was really funny. They said that Bill went "crazy" and hasn't been talking to anyone lately. I also remember talking to Logan about him and Ted drinking two big dogs in a row.
